Ebay log in problems

Has anyone had any problems with ebay this evening? Its started going slow in the last 15 mins or so and now won't recognize my password :?

Not so far.

Have you tried disconnecting your broadband and reconnecting five minutes later? Meanwhile clear your cache then maybe try another browser, blah blah blah!

this happens everytime they have a free listing weekend esp the evening it finishes

I am logged into the US site, probably why I have had no problems!

Seems ok now but a bit slow.

Initially it logged me out and refused my password several times. After clearing my cache, cookies, etc it signed me in ok but signed me back out at every move.

I did have a few moments of thinking "shit my account's been hacked!" when it wouldn't accept my password.

I thought my account had been hacked but alls ok now and seems faster than its ever been.

no problem for me. But that problem did happen a month or so ago. They fixed it by the next day

I couldn't log in and I wonder how many people it affected - certainly my auctions didn't move in price during that time - I wonder if I should contact ebay and demand an explanation?

EDIT: Contacted them - no doubt I won't get a reply.
