Well it's a 531 frame and forks, semi horizontal dropouts so could be fixed so as a complete bike it looks a steal at £75

a lot of these had 531 forks only and bog steel frames...........

Yes, it may have 531 badges but some of these older frames ride like a large amount of concrete
