Wonder if it's a respray or one of the super rare originals. He also has a white Bullseye crank so probably a respray.

Quite possibly, the legs have been out for sure, when they came out the factory the top caps were flush with the crown, these are a few mm above. Either way, a lovely colour for SVI/Powerlites !
