That one appears to be a 16" C-C which was the smallest size they made. If any of you giants are looking for one I have one the same color with less than two hundred original miles and one in Midnight Aurora both are 22" C-C and I'm willing to part with one. I usually ride a 58cm (23) road frame and love the 22" on the road but I also have a Tachyon 18" c-c that is the bomb on trails. I have a couple sources stateside for the 700D tires and most of the 650B tires on the market will bead on the same rim so you can get both road tread and aggressive tires without a problem.
