And in the last three seconds the top bidder will remove his bid and leave the item to the next bidder for one tenth of the price. This is a scam that is getting out of control-the high feedback bidder has something like 19 retractions in 6 months , all on high value items like this no doubt. Arseholes-they are ruining eBay for sellers as they never get full whack moneywise and they ruin it for buyers as we stop bothering to bid.

They are also doing it on some butterscotch tiogas.

There is no point putting in a bid unless you do it in the last 2 seconds, but it will only push the price they pay up. If you want to really piss them off then put a sniper bid that is $20 lower than the top bid in the last second as this will mean they pay almost what they are currently bidding rather than the rock bottom price

I was the first bidder and I put a bid of $50, so at least the first bid was legitimate.
