looks genuine enough & photo of bb shell clearly shows it takes a press-fit bb so pre-1992/3.
But sellers location is not inspiring confidence.

The WTB greaseguard bottom bracket is missing. Although the sealed bearings are pretty standard, I don't know how available the rest of the innards are? There are some funky rubber seals and a spindle with a metal sleeve on it to nudge up against the insides of the bearings.
