Why oh why are these always 17"? Such sweet frames

As he says, it is an NTi frame, not one built by Sadoff himself. It seems they were made of Tange MTB, rather than Prestige, and imported from c1994. I would guess it's quite a good frame, but not on a par with a Merlin RL 853, on account of its inferior tubeset. The test I have said the frame weight was 4lbs 5oz. Proper retro that, remember ounces?

Lovely bike to ride. I like mine so much that I sold my modern Rocky Mountain as I was only ever riding the Lobster
