how do you measure the frames on these?

it states a 27 inch frame? I'm 6ft 3

Hi

not sure about the frame size not my bike. But the frame is usually measured from the centre of the BB to the centre of the top tube.

Looks very small to me maybe 16"
Drop the seller a line and ask them to measure it that way...

Frame size should be stamped in the BB behind the serial number

Not humanly possible unless he has six inches broken off his measuring tape.

apparently the 20 came from the centre of the crank to the top of the frame just infront of the seat post
