Ebay and not paying with Paypal.

Something on ebay I want and the seller is local.
I want to pay cash on collection but when I go to checkout it's only giving the option for paypal.
Good job he has a few of them because someone could buy it first.
So how do I pay cash on collection and not paypal.
Only reason I don't know is because I've never done a buy it now and collected.

Think I know why, the seller hasn't got collect in person as a choice.
