I picked this up a few weeks ago off of craigslist. I think I was so stunned to see a Pro Floater in this veritable wasteland of retro, that I ignored the issues I saw on it. Mea Culpa. I thought I'd have the attention span and resources to do a proper restoration; turns out, I overestimated both. I'd prefer to pass this on to someone who will do it justice... and I just want to get out and ride, as the weather here is finally getting nice and dry.

First the good: it's an early Mantis Pro Floater in team green, 16". According to the serial number (C161939), it was made by Cunningham before they were farmed out to Redline. It's definitely the mk1 Pro Floater. The front triangle is good.

Now the bad: the Noleen shock needs servicing. It's been leaking so bad for so long that the oil has 'melted' away the rubber coating on the original 650 lb spring. Noleen is still in business and will service the shock here in the USA for $100 USD. I have an extra 750 lb spring to throw in to the deal. Second, there is one 'area of concern' on the chain stay on top of one of the gussets: see the pic where I'm pointing with an awl. It's only a few cm's long, and it's very superficial...seems to be only in a top layer of the weld. Third, it clearly needs paint. I removed the old decals and dremeled away some of the paint where it had bubbled to make sure the frame was good underneath---it is. Last, I contacted Gil_M to check about Mantis decals. He has some generic Mantis decals, but not the "Pro Floater" logo. So, I carefully removed and photocopied the old 'Pro Floater' decal. I'll include it in the shipment.

Last, shipping shouldn't be too expensive. I'll get quotes from USPS.com for anyone with a serious interest... but I suspect they'd be in the range of about $50-60 USD from here in the US to the UK.

I'll include the seatpost and a spare set of bb bearings and axle.

Pics below. Please note that I include some earlier pics of the frame---when it was still assembled. It's now in parts, as in the remainder of the pics.
