Early '90's Orbit. (ebay.co.uk).

Most deffo not an Aussie thing.

I'm an ex-pat, and sold Orbits from 1988 to 2000 in the UK

early 90's they had huge problems getting good framebuilders. I remember one particular guy was getting praised co he could turn out far more rear dropout brazings in a day that anyone else...

Turns out he was hitting em in with a hammer- and most didn't get any brass before getting painted and shipped out.

IMHO it all got better when Simon Gershon took over the company - he was left with a large amount of bung stock from the "good old days" - frames with the wrong rear spacings (135mm for a 653 road race), weird geometry and poor paint.................
