Hi all,
A recent discussion with some cycling friends made me wonder when the first European-built TIG-welded fat-tubed road frames were introduced. Obviously, Cannondale and Klein were making such frames since the mid-1980's and by the late 1990's oversized alu ruled the cycling world. I think Principia and Müsing were early ones but were they the first? What make was first and in which year?
