Dynatech Decals from Penrith (e-bay)

Looking for a set and had a look at the H LLoyd site in Penrith and came across these also from Penrith....... on the evil bay

Are decals2000 related to H LLoyd or just a coincidence?

If you look further down the Ebay ad, it says the business seller is HLloyd
