I think he's had this on eBay before. It is in fact a resprayed size 18 1994 Explosif as he says, you can see the characteristic fluting on the down tube in some of the photos. If you like single speed and you like red and you don't mind it having 97 Kilauea decals, it's a pretty nice frame.

Funnily enough, there's a genuine 97 Kilauea elsewhere on eBay that has no decals and could just do with these ones, just as this bike would be better off without them!
