Curious, I don't remember coming across levers with holes in them until we did it ourselves with a black and decker

At first I thought it was a type of pinarello diamond but its more like a bird or plane

What's it off ?

I have a set of these, they were on a gas pipe raleigh that'd been repainted. So I've no idea what they are either.

Could they be Coventry Eagle or Falcon? Judging by the bird design.

Can you clean some of the rust of the clamp and see if there are any markings? Dont know why I think this but they kind of look Soviet era East European.
