Donating old wheels?

I've acquired "a few" old wheels over the last couple of years while stripping frames. While cosmetically they are not perfect, they are for the most part sound mechanically. Most are 27" (some 700c) and some still have freewheels. I'll never use them and it is not cost-effective to clean/respoke them, so I was wondering if there is a bike charity that could use them - either to fix up bikes for others or even to send off to a new life somewhere else.

Ideally, they would pick up, but I could deliver locally (West Berkshire). Thanks for any suggestions.

Heck! I do believe there is a bike shop somewhere in the London area
that takes in old/knackered bikes/parts and restores them to usable
condition, then are shipped out to very poor countries who would
normally walk for upto 100 miles to collect food or water and using
bikes is making their hard lives that bit easier.

Edit I think its this one!
