Sure there are some people on here with some FDM printers. Obviously you need the CAD, but maybe 6 months back I saw someone who reproduced the GT cable- crosser guide for their rear u brake setup.

Only suggest 3D print as assumed you had looked everywhere. SJS was the first place that sprung to my mind with parts like this. Not sure if it’s exactly what you need?

Also not everything is on the net. Go to your local bikeshop (if they've been around for a while) and they'll always have a ton of old bits in random boxes like we do, but on a larger scale. I know the Pearson brothers, from Pearson Cycles (officially the oldest bike shop in the world) and they did a full back of shop refit (where the old blacksmiths part of the shop was) early 2000s and threw out SO much stuff 
it must have been a retro goldmine in there, part of me wished they had told me and the other part of me was I glad they didn't because where the hell would I put all that stuff...

That one has the middle section at an angle routed for a FD, a U brake one has a straight middle route.
