Does anyone recognize this G.Caimi tool?

I found this in a throw-out pile in an old bike shop. The only Caimi freewheels I've seen where 2 prong, not four. Wondering if anyone can give me history on this tool. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a sprocket or freewheel removal tool

we use a similar tool for some of the cheaper 4 prong bmx freewheels in the shop

I would have thought it would fit a Sun Tour freewheel. The better ones had four prongs.
