DMR Trailstar seatpost size

hi

ive got what i understand to be a 98 or there abouts Trailstar frame and im not sure what size seatpost i should be running, DMR themselves didnt seem too sure either. they suggested it may be 25.4 but the post seems a bit loose in the frame.

i know a couple of guys on here have the early frames like mine so can you help?

I think mine is a 25.8 but will confirm in the morning.
PS I think mine is a 97-98 frame.

My blue one measures up as 25.8 on my digital caliper .

Just checked my seat post and it says 25.8.
