Disc brake adapter? Which one?

I am converting my Bianchi to disc brakes when I return from my trip to France for skiing and Paris lounge around.

I need a disc brake adapter for this frame which one will work best in your mind?

Will the A2Z one work or will I need a bikethreapy version,

Are you quite sure you want to bolt even more stuff onto that bike?

Seriously though what do the drop-outs look like? That'll be one deciding factor.

Thats how I bought the bike,

It has since been to weight watchers and lost nearly everything on it, the rear thing hanging off the seat is a holder for a lock :?

The drop outs are square and flat,
