Diamond Back Dual Response Frame and Forks - SOLD!

Old Ned

Old School Grand Master
EDIT - now that Spring is just around the corner (a very long and slow corner) I'm renewing this thread as the frame is still available for purchase and building up into a nice new bike for 2010!

I've decided to sell my DB DR F&F to fund other purchases which I am more likely to use. The frame is in very good condition and hardly been ridden. I bought it new BITD in a fit of enthusiasm for going downhilling when it was still a new branch of the sport but chickened out when I saw some of the courses! I would say that it is in very good condition.

The forks and rear shock are Marzocchi (XC400 front) and it comes complete with Zoom special seatpin, stem, XT front changer, XTR headset and special hinged bracket for operating the rear cantilever brake (NOTE - no BB set fitted). I will also include some of the special length outer cables, a magazine with a full review of a bike and some maintenance instructions for the shocks. Frame is Verlichi built.

Size is 19" centre BB to top seat tube.

I'm looking for £250 delivered by carrier etc. (UK address only preferably) and will accept cheque (after clearance) or cash.

Size please.....

Now that's a very good point, why didn't I think of it!

It's 19" centre BB to top of seat tube but the top tube is slightly sloping. I'm 5'10 ish and it's fine.

Now added to spec above.

Giving this a BUMP and an EDIT as it's still available. Now wrapped up warmly in the loft!

Oooooooh, I hope it is still available in a few months! No money for it at the moment... But I really like this one.....

Anyway, free bump for you...

Re: Diamond Back Dual Response Frame and Forks - STILL HERE!

Following an enquiry about this frame I realised I hadn't cancelled it following it's sale at the Retrobike World Champs in Betws-y-Coed.

It's only 8+ years to late.....................

Re:

The enquiry was from me - so if anyone has one of these for sale, please let me know :D

Old Ned - the 'STILL HERE' in the title may lead to more enquiries......

I would alter it - if I could remember how to!

You can edit the title in the same way you edit the details of the item, images etc.
