Diamond Back Ascent Ex (1989) Frame & Parts

(Delivery possible this Sunday along A38/M5/M6 to j27)

1989 D B Ascent EX frame and forks. 21" cntr BB to top of seat post
(50cm c to c) Top tube is approx 22"
Frame has numerous chips and scratches but is undamaged otherwise.
Original parts include:
Tioga stem
DB bars with grips and bar ends
Exage thumbies/brake levers complete with rubber gaitors
3T seat post (rear is badly scratched though seat adjustment so needs paint)

Looking for £40 for the lot but may split if no interest for the lot

If no takers by Sunday Lunchtime postage could be organised

:? I have this DB ascent. Year?(80's) but my issue is the Shimano Exage plastic Brake lever/thumb shifter bundle . How And Where would I find the screw to adjust the angle ? I have tried all the exposed screws but nothing makes the lever clamp tighter around the bars that i'v found ! :roll: I got this yesterday ,and will sell it tomorrow to a kid for his 1st teen bike. only asking 65$ but I want it to work safe . got a reputations to keep too help ? its post on craigslist Seattle as"Diamondback MTB rigid - $65 (n Seattle)"
