Just sorting out my 2012 calandar (sad/anal likley both apply :lol: )

anyone doing dates on the David Sylvain 'Implausible Beauty' tour?

I'm booking in for the Royal Albert Hall jobbie. I'm just curious and at £40 thought i'd give it a punt. I've been buying his back catolog from itunes and digging the older stuff, but the lastest release seems a tad whacky.

on a tangent, did just watch the beeb news and saw a poorly George Michael, reported he had a near death event...

is his "now " stuff worth searching out ?

electro stuff from the early mid 80's
sakamoto was part of the yellow magic orchestra , did some wonderfull (if you like that sort of thing) music , did a lot of video game music too
japaneese electro is a cool thing , search isoa tomita ,sakamoto, ymo etc

sylvians best stuff imo was with japan , most famous for the tin drum album
also had summat to do with bill nelsons red noise
if you dont like electronic music its lost on you
