but how do you approach the question (given its for a charity) Who let Rodney Trotter loose in the workshop with that frame.....PMSL.

I applaud these recycle charities for finding frames like this and getting them on the market, but if they know full well what a DONKIS is, and the write up suggests they do, why do they cover them in crap components that any prospective buyer is going to bin, or in my case, bag up and give to the local recycling charity.
