PM'd seller: seems frame was quite 'modern' when first built - originally just had disc mounts. He had them ground off when it was converted for touring.
- I'm already trying mental builds- so will give it a punt. ( too much old school charm to resist: - down tube shifters, rack mounts and chain pegs oooh)
