Dave Hinde Dracon Fillet brazed frame

Part of my ongoing clearout Dave Hinde Fillet brazed frame and fork. I know he called his MTB dragon but this emblem of the dragon is on the headtube and seat tube but the spelling is Dracon and no i have not rung hime to ask.
Headset left in, not attempted to remove BB.
Seat tube 17.5, Top tube 21
