Damaged 94 cinder cone frame free GONE

Picked this up recently however on closer inspection there appears to be a small crack in the seat tube at the bottom of the the cut, & a little damage to the top. It'll probably be okay but it's scratched & a bit rusty also. Any use to anyone before I skip it? Collection from Totton, Southampton

If I didn't know better, it looks like it had a bit of heat treatment to fetch out a seized post ;)

My suggestion to the buyer is to drill a really neat hole of same dia as slot width around 8-10mm below where the slot currently ends and elongate the slot, then trim down the length of the seatube by around the same distance to tidy up the end, hopefully should stop the crack growing further with a bit of luck, oh and a nice meaty deep seatpost clamp too! Acor also do a seatpost clamp with integral cable guide for the rear canti brakes, to do away with the separate guide collar that Kona used to have :)
