that frame number suggests its an 18 incher from 1989 i think.......... could you check the size for me please, i'll take it if it is indeed an 18......... and you can assure me tht the chainsuck scars aren't too bad, no dents, cracks anywhere etc.......... many thanks mate,

Its not an 18. centre of the bb to top of seat collar is 16.5.Sorry!

I think it is an 18, but because of the sloping top tube, the measurments are a bit crazy. according to the 1989 brochure, the centre of bb to top of top tube is only 13.2 inches on a 16 inch frame........... but its 15 inches on the 18 inch frame...... what do you think?

Also the 16 inch frame was for 24 inch wheels!

well i've convinced myself its an 18 even if i haven't convinced you! so i'll take it if its still avaliable, as long as its structurally good, no dents, cracks or gouges and the paint is ok! let me know if poss mate and i'll get some money off to you.

I have no problem being convinced it is a Cannondale 18 inch frame!

I am yet to be convinced it is anything other than a 16.5 in reality!

But if it fits it fits. Thats the true measure. Dont ya think?

Oh yes, the frame has no structural problems at all.

A few paint chips and thats it. Its MINTY. I never used that word until i was told not to! And the funny thing is i hate it. :x
