Cycling The Ridgeway - Then and Now?

Is that a Cleland on the right? Great photos, really enjoying seeing these Graham. Thanks for posting.
This was taken at a time when three of the world's off-road cycling traditions came together in one place. So a rough stuff bike to left of frame, a Cleland Aventura from the British 'Tracker' tradition to the right, and probably taken by someone riding a US mountain bike.
 
Some summer pictures taken around Uffington castle. Creeping into the RHS of the picture is the White Horse which I've read variously as being between 3 and 5 thousand years old. It can only be seen in it's entirety from the air.
The topped off cone you can see above my top tube is where St George is said to have slain the dragon and because its blood ran into the ground nothing will grow there.
