Cycle Routes Ipswich to London??

Hi,

Does anyone have a link or know a good ride from Ipswich to London?

I am thinking of doing about 80 miles, but would be on my road bike and have to be on back roads. I'm not great at reading maps, so something rather simple would be great. And ideally missing the A12 lol
