Crank caps

Does anyone know of a source , or does anyone make the crank caps like you used to get on the old shimano cranks ?

You know , screw in with the two little holes in them.

Anytime some turn up on eBay , they go for fortunes. Didn't know if someone machines them up anywhere ?
