Magnesium tablets, will fix the cramping problems.
Really? Rationale?

I'd be more inclined to suggest the odd banana or two, or perhaps drinking more water.

Gin and Tonic :D

The quinine in the tonic will prevent cramping

Andy
But the alkyhol in the gin will have a slight dehydrating effect, possibly encouraging cramping ;-)

Well just bought a load of bananas and got some free electrolyte stuff with the zipvit recommendation on here the other day, so ill see how it goes.

Thank you all once again

Bananas are high in Mg.

As are Kirks, but less palatable. . .
It's the potassium in bananas that's usually the rationale behind addressing cramp.

Are you thinking about fasciculations, and potential magnesium deficiency?

4 large bananas will in fact make you hyperkalemic, and probably give you a mild cardiac arrythmia :-)

Andy

Eating 4 large bananas, though, is a bit extreme? ;-)
