Cracked Marin Quake 9

Hey Guys,

I've had a bit of creaking from my quake 9 so I stripped it down and found a fairly chunky crack in the back end. Takes me back 20 years to when I owned one as a 17 year old however that one was under warranty! I've bought a rift zone rear end from a later year and it will need some fettling to make it fit due to the differences in the 'Y' frame and the tubular frame. Has anyone tried this before? I can't find anything on searches.

Thanks,

Jon
