Afternoon all! I bought a Coventry Eagle eleven years ago and at the time decided I wanted to re spray the bike so stripped it back removing the decals. Does anyone know if there is anyway of checking the model and year?
It has what I think is a serial number on the underside of the bottom bracket-
G22983
...but I can't see a way of checking online.

*To add to this, it had a Sturmey Archer 3 speed with the flick trigger control.
