The Howies one I've got has been sterling and will be so for a while but planning ahead ...

What bags would the collective RB knowledge recommend - perhaps Bagaboo?

Heaven knows what wonders can be found in Eds' courier bag. Caravan Weakly? Mincers Monthly Digest? Razzle - best of the 70's - full merkins only allowed.

I prefer Knave Vol 2 Issue 4, the one with the Oliver Tobias interview.

Warning: may contain traces of improbably narrow handlebars, perfectly decent '90s steel race frames being sullied by undergoing fixie conversions, etc., etc. ;)

I still don't think I've recovered from the time I spied one of Yvonne McGregor's old Cougar frames (with name transfer still on the top tube) on Waterloo East station in its new life as some bloke's about-town singlespeed machine. :(

You can't go wrong with any bags from Crumpler. I'm a bit of a fan of their bags and have 4 of them. Also if you carry a laptop they are specifically designed for them, especially Macs.

best retro courier bag.....timbuk2.
fact

Gotta agree with that :D

Incidentally I might have a brand new custom medium sized timbuk2 bag for sale when it arrives, just got to see how badly customs shaft me before I can work out a price
