Cotter BB and french thread pedals

Looking for a English thread cotter BB, something like a BW No. 14 (68mm bb shell, running single ring and five speed), need a complete bb but have bearings.
Will also need pins, so I don’t have to buy rubbish new ones.
Then, French thread pedals, something like Maillards or Lyotards, nothing too pricey please

I have a cottered b/b axle, stamped No.15, axle length is 121.6mm. Clean, excellent condition, no wear at all to bearing surfaces, 52mm between bearing surfaces. Also have another in the same length (it's actually 121.9mm, which looks like its's never been used. No markings, but hollow axle. PM me if interested.
