They aren't the best are they, but they do look oh so good. I bought a set of 3 seat qrs off here a while back, took my old set of Hope skewers and transplanted just the cook arms on to the Hopes. Retro cool with decent functionality! Oh and I used the Cooks skewer end caps as nice dust caps for my presta tubes - they do that quite well!
