Controltech or Syncros 1" quill stem wanted - Sorted

I know of a few nos Controltech on ebay from USA, but £147 + £20 postage and most likely £20 duty on top is a joke.

Nice condition please and no cable noodle. Your help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure I have control tech options if you don't go for the syncros.
