Cas rejected transfusion (UCI, WADA theory) OR contaminated meat theories (Contador) and suggested most likely contaminated supplement.

Supposedly removing TDF 2010 and Giro 2011 wins and all results since TDF 2010.

Fine to be determined at a later date, but UCI requests €2.5m

It is used to help "burn" fat, so very useful for helping the competitive cyclist get down to their "fighting" weight.

Even though the CAS threw the allegation out, I suspect that he'd been using in the off season to get his weight down, and had "donated" some blood to his freezer that was then transfused on the rest day, reintroducing the substance back into his system.

Why do i believe that or why does it impede performance?

If its the former, because I'm sure I have read somewhere that clen reduces cardiovascular capacity.

If its the latter... who knows? Ask a doctor.
