There is always the full reset option but save files (or get them onto onedrive). Then just reinstall the programs.

She is as lazy as heck and a good reason why it's been poorly maintained. I will suggest to her she does a save on the important stuff and reload and leave it up to her. again thanks

The reset is an option in the win10 setting (ask cortana how*) and basically resets win10 to a fresh install.
