COMPLETED Downtube clamp sis cable stop

Downtube clamp for indexed gear cables.

Need a clamp for a 531 bike (assuming 28.6) either a clamp with 2 cable stops for sis cables or a shimano or campag dual lever mount so I can fit the compatible sis cable stops.
