i just picked up a frame in british racing green, i can send you a pic of the frame if you want to see what it looks like.
im wondering what to do with it at the moment dose any one know what year there from? i might rebuild it, currinty looking for a pic to see what they were like as i dont know much about them.
If that was the one on eBay BIN, I think it has been resprayed, as it had no decals and brg forks, whereas mine had silver forks. The colour looked very close to the original though, and I think you got a real bargain there. The decals for it should be silver. I've also wondered about the year, I think 95 but I can't be sure it wasn't 94. Above all though, it's one of the best fun bikes ever made.

They did them in Silver and Sky Blue too and a bright emerald green.

Hey Anthony, it was me that bought the eBay 120quid BIN one recently. When I talked to the guy at pickup, he said that he had it in a custom colour with no decals new from Orange. He said he kind of thought 98 but wasn't really sure, and given that the 98 catalogue goes back the Clockwork name... Also, it didn't come with V-Brakes originally, it came with cantis. In the other thread, someone mentioned that STX-RC was only made for a short time - would that date it? Anyway, it's a lush bike for the money...
