My fingertips were freezing on the ride to work this morning. Anyone care to recommend some nice warm winter gloves? And any other winter biking clothes for that matter.

Cheers.

I use HotHands heat pads, they really give of a wonderful amount of heat and they make specific ones for your feet too. Lovely toastie toes :)

For riding to work just pop into you local petrol station and get something with the 'Thinsulate 40gram' tag on them. They typically cost about £6 and are toasty warm even in sub zero temps.

are they any good stopping wind chill though ??
last pair of thinsulate gloves i wore had 0 wind protection, which when you're on a bike is quite a necessity.

i myself have a pair of endura wind & waterproof ones, no idea which model they are i got em off ebay :P
