CNC Green Canti brake levers swaps WHY?

Lovely set of Green/Silver ano'd brakes levers for Canti's. Super light at 135g, with steel bolts which is lighter than Pauls for a 4 finger lever, would be sub 130 with alloy bolts. As new condition, work really well with all cantis'
Would swap for a nice light black flat bar/mid cage rear mech/Suntour 8 speed thumbies/ XTR Cassette/ 110 bcd rings/ black Syncros stem 100mm ish
