Looks early nineties to me. I assume the "400" refers to Shimano Exage 400LX components from the look of it? And the "Magnum" is the Reynolds 501/531 tubing?
Looks tidy enough anyway.

I've the ventlox 400lx so must be of the same series. Same 501 magnum.

My pottering about shopping bike and very comfy it is.

Theres a wiki page on Reynolds tubing.

Seems to suggest a heavier gauge to standard 501.
