Cinelli Giro d'italia bars. Dura ace 7401/2 brake levers

Hi, as per title looking for :

1. Cinelli Giro d'Italia bars , 26.4mm diam. would prefer 44 width but could live with 42..
2. Shimano Dura Ace 7401 or 7402 brake levers

would like to them to be very good condition. WHY?
