Chris King Wheelset £175 SOLD

These came off the IF Ti Deluxe I just bought, and like all the other components they have been used for the purpose they were built for, and look it.

The front hub is silver 20mm, the rear black 9mm QR 6 bolt disc
Bearings are okay. Freewheel is dirty still and the splines are a bit meh, but will take a cassette okay. The freewheel spin is a bit heavy suggesting it needs a good clean and re-lube with King lube.

Both rims are tubeless XM819 (one has no stickers). Rear rim is fairly scratched, front better.

Sold as seen and priced accordingly. Can email some pictures.

thats got to be bargain of the year for a set of wheels with king hubs. think you will have your arm ripped off on single track. good thing about king hubs and why i will not use anything else is the quality of the bearings and how easy they are to strip and service. makes you realise how pony and not fit for purpose that sealed bearings are which are used in most hubs unfortunately and why shimano has stuck with ball and cup still. i dare say i will inflame a few people with my comments but.....

and i have the full tool ck tool set so if buyer wants them serviced i will gladly do it for a small donation to a local cat rescue charity.

Well...if nobody see sense and buys them off me maybe you could service them (with a charge of course)? I did think about you when they turned up

aye no problem carl and true it was from you i got my first set of wheels with chris king hubs on. i had heard all the rave reviews about them and most riders think they are about the best hubs you can get and i am totally happy with mine. their are some haters as there always will be but they are usually the sort of people who`s tool kit consists of a claw hammer and a pair of mole grips.
