Any top cap will work, though CK top caps aren't that expensive really if you wanted a matching one.

Thank you both - I only ever used threaded bitd & rarely interfered with headsets etc. so it's a blind spot that I'm negotiating on my way back into a passion that involves emptying cash from my pockets regularly!
