We have more than enough disruption due to all the bleedin' windmill wagons and such. We really don't need a bunch of toy train geeks clogging up the place!

Anyway, they haven't even mentioned the gauge. I presume O.

A real narrow gauge railway I would get behind, with a cycle track running alongside.

Fair enough! I just wish they would build something we actually need down the glen.

Perhaps you could organise a couple of gigs up this way and take part in building it. That would be cool. Went to Jah Wobble the other week and it was sensational!

I have mates working on a real steam railway locally, now that IS worth a look!

The irony is it will be forcing the closure of a good deal of the cycleways whilst the armchair explorers get their jollies in Slough.
