Chill Pills, how many colours?

I've got the following plus the standard silver with black logo and some Black with yellow logo. I believe they did silver with red logo, do you know of any more?

We bought something north of 10,000 pairs of Chill Pills in black, turquoise, violet and a handful of dark blue. Someone bought 1,000 of them and we have been leaking them out on eBay but still have a couple of big boxes full of them.
